Jerusalem Marathon: Light rails resume operations, Mount Scopus roads opened

Light rail traffic has returned to normal, after partial blockages due to the Jerusalem Marathon. Jerusalem's Road 1 was also opened up to Tzahal Square, as did the roads around the square and roads blocked near the Mount Scopus campus of the Hebrew University.
Remaining streets are still closed to traffic.
