Supreme Court Chief Justice Esther Hayut suspended Judge Ronit Poznanski-Katz, who exchanged texts with a Securities Authority prosecutor on the remand extensions of Case 4000 suspects.
While Poznanski-Katz offered to extend her leave of absence, Hayut refused and suspended her until such time as as disciplinary court decides her fate.
