MID chief on Mossad split: 'Improper to present success as failure'

Head of the IDF's Military Intelligence Directorate (MID) Maj.-Gen. Herzi Halevi commented on differences of opinion with Mossad over alleged intelligence failures in discovery of the Syrian nuclear reactor, and said, "It's improper to present success as failure. Even if the process could have gone better, the end result would have been the same."
He concluded with a warning to Iran, saying changing its behavior "will not be achieved in negotiations rooms."
