Deputy Head of the Civil Administration Col. Uri Mandes said during a hearing of the Knesset's Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee regarding sanctions by Civil Administration employees that according to his organization's data, some five million Palestinians reside in Gaza and the West Bank.
