B'Tselem calls on soldiers to disobey orders to shoot protesters

The B'Tselem will inaugurate a campaign Thursday in which it will call on IDF soldiers to refuse orders to shoot Gazan protesters.
The campaign—titled, "Sorry, officer, I won't be firing"—will include newspaper advertisements in which soldiers will be instructed to refuse to fire on unarmed protesters.
The decision to hold the campaign was reached after last Friday's events, during which soldiers fired live rounds at Palestinian protesters.
