Bennett on sniper's video: 'IDF soldiers keep us safe, we'll not abandon them'

Minister of Education Naftali Bennett expressed support of IDF soldiers on Tuesday after a video came to light in which an IDF's sniper is seen shooting a Palestinian standing next to the Gaza border fence, while other IDF soldiers cheer.

"IDF soldiers protect our lives, we'll not abandon them," Bennett tweeted.

The video was criticized by a few European countries.
