GOC Southern Command on Gaza protests: 'Terror under guise of popular protest'

GOC Southern Command Eyal Zamir said recent protests on the Gaza Strip border are a "terrorist action under the guise of a popular protest" and noted that the army will take action as necessary.
In a meeting with army routine security coordinators and security officers from Israeli communities around the Gaza Strip Zamir added, "Hamas has chosen a pattern of mass infiltration into our territory. IDF is a strong army and we'll continue coolly operating against any future incidents."
