State to HCJ: Saharonim detainees freed, expulsion agreement not yet signed
The state has notified the High Court of Justice that asylum seekers detained at the Saharonim facility have been freed, and that as of the time of the notification no agreement with Uganda had been reached to receive migrants.
The special envoy on the matter returned to Israel Sunday evening, the state added.
