Lieberman: With all due respect to the court, I won’t allow desecration of Memorial Day

Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman referred to his decision not to allow Palestinian families to enter Israel in order to attend a joint memorial ceremony for Jews and Palestinians: "I respect the High Court justices, but this evening I told the court that I am not willing to give a hand to the desecration of Memorial Day."
He said that some of the invitees were banned out of national security considerations.
