Likud: 'Portman talks about human rights, visits movie-censoring countries'

The Likud party blamed actress Natalie Portman for being a hypocrite by refusing to accept the Genesis Prize. "Natali Portman talks about democracy but supports the V15 organization that tried to disrupt democratic elections in Israel," a party statement said.

"Portman also talks about human rights but attends festivals in countries that censor movies and are far from respectful of human rights. No excuse will help, Portman simply refuses to accept the will of the people of Israel," the party added.
