Director of the Joint Council of Pre-Military Academies Danny Zamir spoke to teens at a ceremony held in commemoration of the ten victims of flash flood in southern Israel Friday, and told them, "We feel the deaths of the ten young men and women, our best sons and daughters, along with the entire State of Israel."
"We embrace the families who have lost their loved ones and share their pain. The details of this calamity should be studied and action should be taken to prevent this tragedy from happening again," he stated.
