Foreign national arrested for alleged kidnapping attempt of 4 year old

A 25-year-old foreign national was arrested Sunday on suspicion of an attempted kidnapping of a -4-year-old girl from a playground in south Tel Aviv.
The man allegedly grabbed the girl and started running away with her on Friday. The girl's mom who had spotted the incident, chased after the kidnapper while screaming for help. The foreign national dropped the girl and escaped the scene.
He will be brought in front of a judge Sunday for a hearing on his remand extension.
