Raji Jubran,36, from Jisr az-Zarqa, was convicted by Haifa's District Court on Sunday for the murder of a 22-year-old man from the village and for wounding a bystander.
Three years ago, Jubran shot dead a 22-year-old man with whom he had a dispute.
Jubran was convicted of premeditated murder and causing injury under aggravated circumstances.
During the court's ruling, judges noted that despite lack of direct evidence against Jubran, the sequence of circumstantial evidence had led to his conviction.
