Flash Flood disaster: Pre-military academy's principal, instructor placed under house arrest

The Bnei Zion pre military academy principal, Yuval Kahan, and instructor Aviv Bardichev were placed under a five-day house arrest Monday following last week's flash flood disaster, which left 10 teenagers dead.

In addition, they were forbidden to enter the Bnei Zion association's offices and contact anyone related to the investigation for 10 days.
