CEO of the Joint Council of Pre-Military Academies Danny Zamir said on Tuesday that the flash flood disaster in the Zafit Stream stemmed from a major responsibility failure. "The shocking disaster requires self-examination, since we are the only one responsible for our students."
Zamir also told Ynet he expects the pre-military academies to be placed under the Education Ministry's purview when the examination process is over.
