One person was killed and three others were injured in a car explosion at the Elishama interchange near Kfar Saba.
One of the passengers, a man of about 30, was seriously injured and evacuated to Rabin Medical Center in Petah Tikva.
Two other passengers were lightly injured and taken to Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba.
The explosion was reported to have been the3 result of a car bomb planted with criminal intent.
