Edelstein: 'Abbas is a small, irrelevant man'

Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein slammed Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas on Wednesday in the wake of his anti-Semitic remarks at the opening of the Palestinian National Congress.

"The anti-Semitic cat is out of the bag. Abbas is a small and irrelevant man who shows what he really thinks about the State of Israel and the Jews in his last days as the leader of the Palestinian Authority," Edelstaein tweeted.

"This man, who sponsors families of terrorists that massacred and massacre us, will go down in history as a Holocaust-denier, racist and an inciter, if at all," he added.
