President Reuven Rivlin met on Wednesday with Ethiopia's President Mulatu Teshome in the presidential palace in Addis Ababa.
Rivlin and his Ethiopian counterpart discussed the matter of Israeli citizen Avera Mangistu, who is being held captive in Gaza by Hamas.
