IDF reportedly arrests 2 Palestinians near Gaza border fence

A Gazan news agency affiliated with Hamas reported that the IDF has arrested two Palestinians near the border fence after they crossed a barbed wire fence positioned in front of the actual fence inside the strip.
The incident took place just east of Gaza City.
