All highways closed due to Giro d'Italia opened

With the conclusion of the second leg of the Giro d'Italia bicycle race, all highways blocked for the race—including the Coastal Highway—were opened to traffic.
Most of the routes closed for traffic inside Tel Aviv were also cleared.
