Likud source: PM will not veto override power vote

The override power will go up to a vote in the Ministerial Legislation Committee Sunday despite Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's request to postpone it by another week in order to hold further talks on the matter.
A Likud source estimated Netanyahu will not veto the vote, saying, "Netanyahu is sponsoring the law himself and asked for the postponement only to harness all coalition members (to support the bill)."
"It seems the only one harming the chances of the bill's passage is those who can't rein in the impulse to make another headline and rake in some political capital," the soure added.
