Ministerial Committee approves override power over High Court

The Ministerial Committee for Legislation approved Sunday the override power legislation, which would allow the Knesset to pass again laws struck down by the High Court of Justice with a majority of only 61 MKs.
The bill proposal will be brought to a vote at the Knesset likely on Wednesday.
