Bill proposal against blocking disabled parking approved in second, third reading

The Knesset approved on Monday in second and third readings a bill proposal criminalizing blocking disabled parking.
According to the bill, proposed by MK Michael Malchieli among others, parking a vehicle that prevents a disabled person access to his vehicle or blocks a disabled parking space will be considered a criminal offense.
The amendment applies in public parking spaces as well as private ones.
