N. Korea's Kim 'very pleased' relationship with China at a high point

SEOUL – North Korean leader Kim Jong Un said he was very pleased his country's relationship with China had reached a high point, North Korean state media said on Tuesday, confirming his meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping.

Kim and Xi, at their meeting in China, discussed ways to strengthen their strategic alliance amid changing situations on the Korean peninsula, the North's KCNA news agency said.
