US Consulate in J'lem to suspend services until May 15

The US Consulate in Jerusalem has announced a suspension of all consular services starting Wednesday and until May 15, due to the impending opening of the American Embassy in the capital.
Among the services frozen are handling visas and consular services for both Israeli and American nationals, except for urgent cases.
The US Embassy in Tel Aviv and its extension in Haifa will continue providing consular services.
