Minister Shaked: US Embassy move affects Israel's global status

Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked welcomed the US Embassy move to Jerusalem at the Orthodox Union Organization's ceremony in Jerusalem.

"This is a historic day. Jerusalem's status as Israel's capital receives new meaning. This significant step affects Israel's status in the world and will contribute to its security.

"Today a message is being sent to every world leader—Israel is the official owner of this state," Shaked said.
