Arabic-language IDF Spokesman Maj. Avichai Adraee said a fundamental doubt existed regarding the Palestinian Health Ministry's claims that an eight month old infant was killed in Gaza border clashes due to tear gas inhalation.
"We have several pieces of evidence questioning the veracity of the statement," Maj. Adraee said.
