Turkey expels Israel's consul from Istanbul

Turkey's Foreign Affairs Ministry told Israel's Consul-General in Istanbul Yossi Levy-Safari overnight Tuesday to leave Turkey as soon as possible following the expulsion of Turkey's consul-general from Jerusalem.
Turkey's consul-general was expelled in response to the expulsion of the Israeli ambassador from Ankara amid events on the Gaza border fence.
