General Attorney Avihai Mendelblit asked Tuesday Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan to consult him before he begins reviewing possible candidates to replace outgoing Commissioner Roni Alsheikh In order to examine possible conflicts of interest of MKs involved in the issue.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is also among the MKs who may be have a conflict of interest in dealing with the aforementioned matter.
