Some 100,000 people visited Israel's national parks and gardens nationwide.
The Nature and Parks Authority said sites seeing significant visitor traffic were Gan HaShlosha National Park with 4,000 visitors, Masada with 3,400 visitors, Caesarea National Park with 3,300 visitors and the Banias and Ein Gedi nature reserves with some 2,000 visitors each.
