Netanyahu: 'IDF will retaliate with great force against attacks from Gaza'

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Tuesday that the IDf would forcefully retaliate against the mortar shells fired at Israel's south.

"Israel views gravely the attacks against it and against its communities by Hamas and Gaza's Islamic Jihad movement," Netanyahu said.

"The IDF will retaliate with great force against those attacks. The ones attempting to harm Israel will pay a heavy price," he added.

"We consider Hamas as the one responsible for those attacks against us," the premier concluded.
