IDF: 'Attack in Gaza was the extensive one since Protective Edge operation'

The IDF's Spokesperson's Unit said the tunnel attacked by the IDF on Tuesday is a Hamas terror and smuggling tunnel.

It was said the tunnel crossed a kilometer into Egypt and then returned towards Israel—crossing some 900 meters into the country.

In addition, the IDF said this "attack was the most extensive one since Protective Edge operation."
