Lapid backs gov't, despite 'lack of strategy'

Yesh Atid Chairman Yair Lapid said in a Ynet studio interview that he afforded "full support of the government, and especially the IDF and its chief of staff. This isn't the time for criticism. However, everyone in the country knows the next round will follow eventually, because this government doesn't really have a strategy on Gaza."
"The Protective Edge understandings were breached and now a return to targeted killings may be considered," Lapid added. "Everything is on the table. We alone will decide when this is over—or there is no deterrence."
