Goldin family's petition accepted, 72 hour notice to be given before releasing terrorists' bodies

The State Attorney's Office notified that the government will now provide a 72 hour notice to the Goldin family and the court before any terrorist's body is released for burial.
The decision was made following a petition by the family of IDF officer Hadar Goldin, whose body is held by Hamas in Gaza.
The family petitioned the Supreme Court against releasing the body of Hamas terrorist Aziz Awisat.
