Minister Elkin announces Jerusalem mayoral bid

Environment and Jerusalem Affairs Minister Ze'ev Elkin announced he will be running for Jerusalem's mayor.
In a video on his Facebook page, Elkin said he had notified Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of his decision and added, "Jerusalem is a national level challenge of paramount importance."
