Rivlin calls Abbas to wish him happy Ramadan

President Reuven Rivlin called Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Monday to wish him a happy Ramadan as well as ask about his health after his recent hospitalization.
Abbas thanked Rivlin for the call.
