ISA prosecutor to return to work after signing plea bargain in ‘text messages’ affair

Attorney Eran Shacham-Shavit, the legal advisor of the Israel Securities Authority’s investigations division, will go back to work Wednesday after taking a leave of absence over inappropriate communications with Tel Aviv Magistrate’s Court Judge Ronit Poznansky-Katz in the Bezeq affair.
On Tuesday, Shacham-Shavit signed a plea bargain with Attorney Guy David of the Civil Service Commission.
