Palestinian prisnores to be moved to Saharonim facility

The government informed the High Court of Justice Tuesday that it will use the Saharonim Prison facility, previously used to detain asylum seekers from African countries, for Palestinian prisoners who have been convicted of illegally entering and staying in Israel.

Around 450 prisoners will be transferred in two phases.
