Court postpones trial of Tel Aviv District Court president

The Traffic Court postponed Wednesday Tel Aviv's District Court President Eitan Orenstein's trial.

Orenstein was charged with driving while talking on the phone.

The court's decision was made despite of the prosecution's objection and beyond the letter of the law.

Orenstein chose to go on trial instead of paying the fine for his offense.
