Some 200 ultra-Orthodox protest against excavations near Beit Shemesh

Some 200 Haredim are protesting near route 38 against the excavations done in the vicinity of Beit Shemesh.
The Haredim say they protest against desecration of graves they believe are in the site of the excavations.
The site manager says no graves have been found in the area.
A violent confrontation began during the demonstration between the ultra-Orthodox and the police officers who tried to stop them.
