Shin Bet: Girl stabbed in Afula is a terror act

The Shin Bet announced Tuesday that the incident in Afula in which Shuva Malka, an 18-year-old girl was stabbed is a terror act.
However, the police have not yet proclaimed the incident as such.
The suspect, 20-year-old Nur Shinawi of Jenin, admitted he had perpetrated the crime.
