S. Korea's Foreign Affairs Minister said Saturday that she was surprised to hear about US President Donald Trump's intention to halt US-South Korea joint military exercises.
When asked during an ABC interview if N. Korea's Kim Jong Un can be trusted, she replied: "Trust is a complicated word.'
