None

The Knesset approved a bill prohibiting sexual inclination or sexual identity discrimination Wednesday in a preliminary reading despite the coalition's opposition.

The bill proposes to include sexual orientation and identity discrimination in addition to other discriminations banned by the law.

Thirty-seven MKs backed the bill while 36 MKs voted against it.
