Report: Hamas says agrees to a deal including return of captives

Hamas announced Egypt it agrees to a deal which includes the return of Israeli captives held by Hamas in return of establishing a port and an airport in the Gaza Strip, as reported in the pro-Hezbollah Al Akhbar newspaper.

In addition, Egypt said it would act to promote humanitarian project with Arab countries to ameliorate Gaza's residents living conditions.
