23 detained on suspicion of weapons, drugs trade

The police detained Tuesday 23 people on suspicion of weapons, drug and stolen property trade.

A police officer conducting the yearlong undercover operation led to the detention of the suspects.

As part of the operation, the police officer purchased cocaine and marijuana among others, as well as some 20 pairs of electric bicycle.

An IDf soldier who had sold the undercover police officer weapons stolen from an IDF base in the central of the country was among the detainees.
