Minor indicted with Duma murder released to house arrest

The Lod District Court ordered police Thursday morning to release a minor who was indicted for his involvement in a terror attack in which three members of the Dawabsheh family in the Palestinian village of Duma in 2015 were killed.

 

The minor was detained for over two years and was charged with conspiracy to committing murder among others.

 

Judge Ami Kobo decided the minor would be supervised and wearing an electronic tracking bracelet while being at

full house arrest.
