IDF opens fire at Palestinian trying to infiltrate Israel from Gaza

The IDF opened fire at a suspect who tried to infiltrate Israel from the northern Gaza Strip during protests on the border Friday.
The IDF said thousands of Palestinians were taking part in the rioting near the border fence in several locations. Rioters were throwing grenades, explosives and Molotov cocktails, as well as burning tires and hurling stones at IDF soldiers.
The forces used crowd dispersal measures.
