Article enabling PM, DM minister to announce war canceled

The Knesset approved in second and third reading an amendment to the Basic Law: Government, which cancels Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman's ability to declare war on their own.

The amendment passed by a majority of 77-16.
