HCJ discusses returning terrorists' remains

The High Court of Justice's expanded forum comprising of seven judges headed by President Esther Hayut discussed Tuesday the matter of returning terrorist's remains.
The discussion was held to the state's request, after the HCJ determined the law does not authorize it to hold the bodies of terrorists.
