5 lightly wounded during home demolition in Sakhnin

Sakhnin's residents clashed Monday with police forces amid the demolition of one of the residents' homes, with five of them being lightly and moderately wounded.

The police have used grenades and tear gas.

In the wake of the incident, security officers advised some of Misgav Regional Council's residents to avoid passing through the city of Sakhnin.

However, the police have stressed it had not issued such an instruction.
